Groups- (4-12 athletes per group)
Young Lions: (Ages 8-11)
Monday/Wednesday - 4pm
Lions: (Ages 12 & Up)
Tuesday/Thursday - 5:30pm
In our group sessions athletes get to train in a team setting which helps them develop faster. This also allows them to learn how to train in a team like setting by encouraging and being encouraged by their peers. It also allows them to learn how to compete against and push each other.
In our group sessions we focus on speed and agility, strength, balance, explosive, injury prevention and ball skills during these sessions. These sessions are great for developing athletes and the progress of our athletes confirms that.
*Unless cleared by Anointed12Academy, all athletes must complete 4 or more private sessions before joining group sessions.*
